WILLIAM J. FIDURKO

WILLIAM J. FIDURKO is a 1991 graduate of University of Massachusetts (cum laude) (Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Economics Honor Society) and a 1994 graduate of Boston College Law School, where he was a research editor of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Reporter Digest.

Bill was admitted in 1994 to practice law in Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has received an AV rating, the highest awarded by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings.

For over twenty years, Bill has represented parties in all areas of civil litigation with a concentration in general liability defense, insurance coverage and subrogation, as well as employment law, product liability, construction, environmental and business litigation.

Bill serves as a director of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and is a member of the DRI, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.

Bill received Super Lawyers designation for 2025. He was selected for this honor subsequent to undergoing an evaluation of many different factors including peer recognition and professional achievement.
