Attorney Brian A. O’Connell will present at the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association’s Spring Seminar and Annual Meeting on May 29, 2015 at the InterContinental Boston Hotel. Attorney O’Connell will present the seminar, “I Want it All – Or At Least Pro Rata: Contribution and Indemnity 101.”
Attorney O’Connell is a partner at the law firm of Tucker, Saltzman, Dyer & O’Connell, LLP. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and United States Supreme Court. He represents parties in all areas of civil litigation with a concentration in construction, commercial litigation, premises liability, toxic tort and products liability as well as insurers and insureds in insurance coverage and “bad faith” litigation.
Attorney O’Connell served as an officer and director of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association from 2007 to 2011. He is also is a member of International Association of Defense Counsel, DRI and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
